Shipping Policy

We use USPS or UPS for all U.S. orders. Orders placed Monday-Friday will ship out the same day or next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will ship out on the following business day. We are closed on all USPS observed federal holidays. On holidays we may experience a surge in orders. While we do our best to have them ship the next business day, please allow 1-2 business days after holiday closures. We truly appreciate your patience!

Occasionally, we label items over the weekends which automatically sends out a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details. If you do not see the tracking details update and you ordered from Friday evening through Sunday, it should update by Monday evening once USPS/UPS has collected it.

*Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands are not considered free shipping areas. The shipping cost will appear during checkout.

International Customers

We currently ship to Canada at a flat rate of $49 USD. You may notice a discrepancy between the total order value and your statement. This is most likely a combination of a currency change and wire fee applied by your receiving bank. Orders generally arrive within 7-21 business days.

International orders are all final sale and we do not accept returns or refunds even if the order has not shipped. The reason for this is because issuing refunds for international orders, even between the U.S. and Canada, incurs bank wire and currency changing fees to both the customer and us.

Of course, we provide store credit in the same amount for damaged orders. Proof of damage can be submitted following the steps found under our Returns Policy.


Most countries require that you pay duties fees on imported goods for orders above a certain threshold. It is the sole responsibility of the international customer to understand the regulations of the country that the product is entering. If the item is detained in customs or not permitted to enter, the customer is held accountable.

Returns Policy

Undamaged – If your product arrived in perfect condition but you would like to return it for whatever reason, we accept returns within the original box for up to 14 days after the order has been placed. The customer is only responsible for paying the return shipping on the item that does not meet his/her requirements. We cannot accept returns for used items (even if it was just used once). If upon inspection the item appears to be used, we will send a photo and/or video clip of the item, no refund will be applied and your return will be disposed of.

Damaged – First, we apologize that your item did not arrive as expected! While we do our absolute best to pack our items safely with bubble wrap, glass is particularly fragile and can get damaged during transport. 

Please contact our team at [email protected] immediately if your item arrived damaged or defective. Please do not return the damaged item. Simply send 2-3 photos of the product inside the original shipping box within three days from the delivery date. If the item is unused within its original packaging we will provide a digital gift card code for U.S. and international orders, alike.

Steps to submit a refund request for damaged item

  1. Send an email to [email protected] titled: DAMAGED ORDER followed by your order number. See example: DAMAGED ORDER #123456
  2. Provide 2-3 photos of the item in its original box. One or two of the photos should show a closeup of the damage.

We will evaluate your request and provide a response within 2 business days. After reviewing your request, a digital gift card code is provided via email for the original order value. 

Steps submit a return request for undamaged item

  1. Send an email to [email protected] titled: RETURN ORDER followed by your order number. See example: RETURN ORDER #123456
  2. We will provide you the full instructions for the return via email.
  3. Once you receive the details, please repackage your return securely within the original packaging and provide the return tracking number on the same email thread.

What’s Next? 

After reviewing your request, a digital gift card code is provided via email for the original order value (minus the shipping cost) so you can start shopping right away. Once we have received and processed your returned item, we will ship out your new order. 

Please note: Upon inspection, if a returned item (damaged or undamaged) has been used, a replacement or refund cannot be issued, and you will not be able to place future orders through our site.


Can I get a credit/debit card refund instead of a digital gift card? 

Refunds to the original form of payment can be arranged upon request, after the item has been reviewed. For undamaged returns, we must receive and inspect the item prior to processing the refund in the the original order amount (minus the shipping cost) to the original debit/credit card. Refunds generally take up to 14 business days and can only be issued to the same card used to purchase. 

How will I be refunded if I paid with a gift card code?

Orders paid with a digital gift card code will be refunded with a new digital gift card via email. If the order was partially paid with the original digital gift card, we will refund the total order value in the gift card balance, minus the cost of shipping for undamaged returns.

Cancellations Policy

Items that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If the item hasn’t been shipped we will issue a digital gift card code for the original order value or a refund to the original form of payment upon request.
