Yes, all US orders are shipped discreetly in brown boxes, except international orders.
Shipping is free for US orders over $50, and a flat rate of $4.20 for orders under $50.
Orders arrive within 1-5 business days, averaging 3 days. We ship with USPS Priority, USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground.

Please check your credit card statement. When entering the billing details, the address should be an exact match. We do not accept prepaid credit cards.
Please check your email for tracking updates. You will receive separate shipping and delivery confirmation emails.

If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information, your order has already been shipped and cannot be cancelled. If you have not, please message [email protected] with your cancellation request. International orders cannot be cancelled. We are not able to add items to an order once it has been placed.
Please contact our team at [email protected] immediately if your item arrived damaged or defective. Send 2-3 photos of the product inside the original shipping box within three days from the delivery date. We will respond within one business day with a resolution.
Yes, we currently ship to Canada.
